- 利用方法 -

1. CHECK IN

チェックインは16:00〜21:00までにお済ませ下さい。 宿泊料金は、チェックイン時にお支払い頂きます。 消費税、リネン、冷暖房費込みのお値段です。

Check-in 4:00pm ~ 9:00pm. Pay the room rate at check-in.(Fee includes tax, linen and air conditioning and heating) ※ Cash only

2. DURING A STAY -滞在中-

チェックイン後の門限はございません。 深夜に外出・入室されるかたは、他のお客様のご迷惑にならないようご配慮ください。 チェックアウト後の荷物預かりは当日11:00〜21:00まで可能です。(月曜は休館日のため非対応)

There is no curfew after check-in. Those who go out and entering at midnight should be careful not to inconvenience other customers. Only luggage can be stored from 11:00am in the morning until 9:00pm.*Closed on Mondays.

3. CHECK OUT

チェックアウトは午前10:00までにお済ませ下さい。 それではよい旅を。

キャンセルポリシー

POLICY OF CANCELLATION

前日16時迄は前日キャンセル扱い、宿泊料金の50%を頂きます。

前日16時以降は当日キャンセル扱いとなり、宿泊料金の100%を頂きます。

Cancellation untill 4 pm the day before : 50% of the room rate will be taken.

Cancellation after 4 pm the day before : 100% of the room rate will be taken.

  • HIBARI HOUSEはドミトリータイプの宿泊施設です。通常のホテルや旅館とはシステムが違います。ご理解の上ご利用ください。
  • チェックイン時間が遅れる場合は必ずご連絡下さい。
  • 午後23時以降のチェックインは出来ませんのでご注意ください。
  • チェックイン時間が21時を超える場合は、遅延料金を30分につき¥500、 追加料金を頂きます。
  • 未成年者の宿泊は保護者の同意の上,ご予約下さい。
  • 他のお客様に対する迷惑行為や違法行為が発覚した場合、当宿が不適切だと判断した場合は、ご宿泊をお断りする可能性もございます。
  • ペット不可
  • HIBARI HOUSE is a dormitory type accommodation different from ordinary hotel and inn.Please be understanding of this.
  • Please contact us in case of late check-in time.
  • It is not possible to check in after midnight.
  • If check in time is past 9 pm late check-in fee will be charged. ¥500 will be charged every 30 minutes.
  • Accommodation of minors Please make your reservation on the consent of the parents.
